These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Distance Press and any person making a purchase via distancepress.com.

If updated, the version in effect at the time of order confirmation will apply.

1.2 – In case of dispute

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute regarding interpretation or enforcement, an amicable resolution will be prioritized.

If no agreement is reached, the case will be referred to the competent courts.

Availability of books and vinyls is listed on the site, subject to stock availability.

Art. 4 – Prices and payment terms

4.1 – Prices

All prices are shown in euros, including tax, on distancepress.com.

Distance Press reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price charged is the one in effect when the order is placed.

Books are sold under the French Lang law (fixed book price). Customs fees outside France are the customer’s responsibility.

4.2 – Shipping fees

Shipping costs are based on parcel weight, packaging needs, and product type.

4.3 – Payment

Payments are made by credit card via Stripe, a secure platform using SSL encryption. Distance Press does not store any banking information.

4.4 – Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address provided. Estimated maximum delivery times (60 days):

Distance Press is not liable for loss, theft, or damage during shipping.

If the address is incorrect, reshipping fees will be charged to the customer.

4.5 – Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Only items returned in perfect condition will be refunded. Return and delivery costs are non-refundable.
